Dispatch
Orders placed before 3 PM IST on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders after that cut-off, on Sundays or on public holidays leave the next working day.
Delivery time and cost
Standard delivery costs ₹79 and takes 3-5 working days, and is free on orders above ₹999. Express delivery costs ₹199 and takes 1-2 working days to serviceable pin codes. Remote locations may add a day or two.
Packaging
Static-sensitive parts ship in anti-static bags inside rigid boxes. Batteries are packed per courier regulations and may travel by surface transport only.
Returns and replacements
Raise a claim within 7 days of delivery for anything dead on arrival, damaged in transit or shipped in error. Send your order number and a short photo or video to support@electronicscompontentspi.com or our WhatsApp number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund including return shipping.
Components that have been soldered, modified or damaged by incorrect voltage cannot be returned. Opened static-sensitive parts are accepted only when the fault is genuine.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of the returned item reaching us, or immediately for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch.
